Would anyone be willing to talk about their career?

I remember being 17 year's old and struggling with what to do at university. Now I have nephews and nieces who are going through the same process.

I changed my career throughout, so I know it's not a fixed choice.

However to help my nieces/nephews I introduced them to my friends who are engineers and scientists to talk about their careers. As we were talking, I realised these interviews could be useful for others, so I created https://myfirststemjob.com/

It's semi-anonymous interviews where I ask for the positives and negatives around a career. I only share information that they were comfortable with giving me, and I later went to change things to remove personal details.

I'm not hoping to turn this into a full-time, however I really believe in this idea, and think it could help others at the start of the career, or those looking to change jobs.
