Would appreciate feedback and will return the favour :)

Hi everyone, I did an amazing negotiation course on Coursera (link below) where one of the ways we learned was practicing skills one-on-one with others in example scenarios.

This inspired me to try and make a platform where people can do this more often.

The feedback that would be nice to see, if possible, is:

  • Is it clear to you what the platform provides on the landing page?
  • Any design pointers? (I am prioritising functionality but would still like to know what can be improved)

If you are interested and do sign up, it would be nice to know:

  • How easy do you find it to send invitations to others to match?
  • If you don't send a match despite being interested in practicing, what made you not do it? Any others reasons you may not send an invitation?

Any feedback is welcome, and I am more than happy to help others with their projects :)

The red and black make it a little hard to read, not terribly hard but a bit.
It's not mobile responsive, or at least needs lots of improvements in that area. The menu covers your first line of text and gets a bit deformed.
Apart from that, it is very slow.
The help button in the matches second is a cool idea but it really confused me.
    I like your idea.

Hey Chris, thank you for your amazing reply, I really appreciate it!

I agree on the text, I was thinking of removing the background and experimenting with simpler colours, so thanks for pointing that out.

In terms of the help button, do you have any suggestions for what could make it less confusing?

I am hoping to optimise the website as it becomes used more and configuring for mobile, but I am prioritising getting people before I put the effort in because those are quite difficult tasks.

Once again, I really appreciate the feedback! :D
