Would indie Hackers be interested in general by hiring newbie developers?

Let's say some newbie developers are trying to get their first paid job as a developer,
Would anyone on indie hacker be OK to hire one of them to work on their project? ✊

I'm speaking here of programmers who have done side projects but have never been pay to code.

PROS of hiring a newbie developer :

• Usually cheaper obviously than the average developers for the same skill
• They might have more motivation to learn/ improve themselves than an average developer

CONS :

• Usually newbie don't have work experience on team projects, so it would be necessary to check their work pretty often. For some of them
• Sometimes the programming solutions find the newbie might not be the more performant/maintainable
