Would love feedback on whether site is clear and useful

Hi, I have been working on an equity calculator for startup employees and a tool to show them how to maximize their profit from their stock.

There is also a waitlist component here where if there is enough interest for the second phase of the product, we will spend time building it.

Just wanted some feedback on whether all that is clear and useful to the end consumer.

Thank you!

I'm not familiar with the topic so I can't give you feedback about the tool itself. But what I thought about the form was: If I have to enter my email address I would rather want to know before hitting submit what it will be used for. I wasn't sure whether pressing the submit button will take me to the results page or if it will just take me to a page like "Thank you, the result will be emailed to you shortly." I'm usually hesitant when a page asks for my email address - especially when it's not clear why it is needed. Just my 2 cents. Wishing you all the best for your calculator!

In short, yes, I get the proposition and I think you explain it well on the landing page.

Re the form at the bottom, there's a chance you'd get higher conversion rates by splitting it up (i.e. asking for their basic info, then the strike price etc on a second page).
