🙏🙂 Would love some design and UX feedback for my travel web app

Hey all,

I am getting closer to a launch with my web application, Visabug, and would love some design feedback. I'm not a designer so I've tried my best to make it look presentable. Time for some more experienced folks to take a look!

The basic premise of the website is to help you find information on tourist visas, travel advisories, and country statistics. The flow is pretty simple:

Home Page > Enter Passport > See Countries > Filter for what you're looking for > View Details > View more statistics

I'm interested in knowing if there's anything I can do to improve UX. What's confusing? What doesn't work?

I think you should, if possible by any means, order the countries according to popularity according to what country I select as my own. Also, you don't seem to have a solid logo. A logo that is consistent with your UI would help potential customers remember your service and make it stand out. I could help you with it.

Yep. I suppose this is similar, but (a) this is free, and (b) has more filters to help you find places.

Hi! Just a few tips here:

On the landing page: "What passport do you have?" -> it wasnt clear for me, what should i write. You should change it to "Your citizenship" or smthng else.

The prices should be formatted (I watch them in my local currency HUF and it's really hard to read like 1231234HUF it would be better 1.123.123 HUF or 1 123 123 HUF )

There're some 500 internal server error and unexpected error as well.

Another thing that comes to mind:
For example I'm on this page https://www.visabug.com/from/singapore/to/seychelles
I think it's better to provide link or direct info about the underlined "can get a visa on arrival." because that's the thing that I wanna know immediately.

Ah weird, I'll find those 500s, thanks! And yes, I'll add a link from the box to the Visa Information section.

Well done on the product, it looks great.

I had a quick look, and 2 things jumped out.

    1. On the first page, I entered my passport country to base the destination results on. This is not a problem for all users, but I don't live in the country of my passport. There is no way to change the traveling from a location.

    2. On the destination screen, when clicking on one of the options, I see info for people visiting my country, not me visiting the country I clicked on. Seems the wrong way around.

Hey, great suggestion on (1). Not sure I understand (2), can you give me an example of what you searched for?
