Hey All, I'd really appreciate some feedback on an idea I'm working on. The landing page is sparse, yes, but I'm looking for feedback on the idea and any ideas you might have on a market to target in the beginning. That would be fantastic. Any and all feedback welcome of course.
IMO there's too many words, and not enough showing the product. "Show not tell".
It sounds like you're describing a survey conducted by a third party. I'd prefer to see actual screenshots of the survey, and then screenshots of the analytics report I'd receive afterwards.
That would be much more powerful than using words to tell me about the product.
Thanks so much @derekpankaew and that makes 100% sense. It's not a survey, we actually dialog with the customer that left so it's all based on qualitative feedback which is where you find gold! But since that did not come through, I need to make sure it's very clear and then show more screenshots!!!!!
I would add some example of churn reasons and actionable insights you can give to the client to improve future retention.

Hi, good idea but if can say something : don't make a survey. Clients will give you only 9 seconds. Make a words list, keywords. The most suitable words to make short sentences. In 9 seconds clients have to find ready senteces to say and express themselves. Make it like a game, a checking selection of keywords to express in 1 minute why they churn. 9 seconds. Actionnable words. All in a little box so you can send it natively in a email. Trust me, all you have to build is a "system". Ask you the question : how to fit 9 seconds and making sentences with a value. Short words that express big idea. Research on language specialist literatture, can be very helpfull.
