I love learning how to do things on YouTube. When I looked around for a site dedicated to organizing and curating this content, I didn't find much, so I took a stab at it.

That's a good question, and if you're searching for something specific, it's not.
This is meant more for discovery and browsing, like a catalog. The interface is designed to make it easy to browse through and dive into things you might not have thought to search for.
It's also about the curation, and the focus. On YouTube you get recommended tons of videos that may or may not be relevant, here it is focused on quality instructional content. The database is small right now but over time it could grow into a useful resource and DIY community, if there is sufficient interest.
