In broad terms, TribePulse (https://www.tribepulse.com/) is a lightweight, industry-agnostic team management tool, with built-in employee engagement analytics. It seeks to replace progress reports, daily pulses, and update meetings.
Any feedback on the landing page (particularly around clarity of offering) is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I've been struggling with the sizing of the hero image - will give it another go..
Do you think bolding instead of underlining would work better in this case?

The main differences are that TribePulse isn't limited to "agile" teams, TribePulse can be implemented in almost every team regardless of how the team works. The other key difference is the built-in engagement tracking. Along with helping managers to keep track of what team members are working on, TribePulse also provides real-time engagement statistics.
I didn't like having to wait to see all the things it replaces. If you just listed them out, I am not waiting for your animation.
But what are the benefits of replacing those docs? Don't those docs work? How is your better?
Exactly who is this for? A manager? A CEO? A developer? Make that super clear. Is this for me, and what is in it for me.

the animation doesn't really provide an exhaustive list and is there more to provide real life examples of where TribePulse can be applied.
Benefits over those docs are having everything in one place to help managers better drive team performance, save time, and there's also built-in engagement analytics to track team engagement.
It's targeted at managers - will tweak the tagline in the hero to make this clearer!
