Would this be useful for anybody?

I recently finished building the MVP for my first SaaS app. I tried to follow the principle of keeping the MVP lean and trying to validate the idea as quickly as possible. However, since I had never built a SaaS app before, and probably because of curiosity, I find myself spending a lot of time when it came to decisions like
- Where to host my SaaS? EC2 vs Lambda vs ECS/Fargate
- What kind of database schema to use? NoSQL vs Relational
- What kind of authentication system to use?
- Integrating Stripe
I took down a lot of notes while I was building the app so that the next time I build another SaaS, I can iterate much faster.
I am wondering if others have to run into this issue as well? How did you decide what to build and what not to build? Any resources that were useful for you?
Would it be helpful to have a detailed technical guide that walks through how to build & deploy a SaaS app to production and hopefully reduce time to MVP?

I'm sure you can have success with simplifying things for people, if you want to go for higher value, you should package the content/tooling in context of a product type and use some known example of this is like X. Without technical understanding or concerns about tech and/or providers, just a full guild that is already biased on some tools that just work.
Technical people tend to like more to go through the process of research and selecting things themselves, like your questions on top, you get to it cause you find it attractive in some way personally, even if you at times would express negatives about it.
