Would you as an early-stage founder outsource some (or all) of your daily operations? So you can get on with building your product.

I've worked with a bunch of very early-stage startups now, for the most part just me and the founder(s). They all had the same issue of having very messy or non-existent processes, usually, because things were just starting out, a lot of the stuff would be undocumented, or mixed in with the founder's personal notes.
Because of this a lot of time was wasted on finding documentation, assigning tasks, onboarding new hires & freelancers, etc...
The first thing I did for all these companies was started building documentation, creating processes for task management and onboarding and automating as much of this routine admin work as I could using (mostly) no-code tools.

I found that these kinds of things would often be pushed to the bottom of to-do lists as they don't have a direct impact on building the product or getting new customers. (Indirectly they do as the company grows inefficient processes take up more and more time which could be spent doing more productive things)

I think this is something I could offer as a service to founders at a similar stage, who are struggling with operations and admin taking up too much of their day.
