Would you buy this service during this Covid-19 crisis ?
Hi guys,
The naming service marketplace. For example, naming your brand, slogan, your child, or your pet.
That lets the buyer to bid the price for let the contestants come up with the name to join the contest.
The contestant who win will get the price the amount of buyer bid (subtract some commission to the system).
The best example for this kind of service is squadhelp.com.
But I did not try to compete with them, I will focus on the smaller niches instead.
And honestly I can't decide yet for this.
My rough idea would be
- Small business, newly startup --> naming brand / slogan
- Parents --> naming child
I know that during this Covid crisis many people might need to spend for necessary thing.
such as, toilet paper (kidding, ... or might not...)
I think this crisis won't last long. After this crisis there might be somebody want to set up new business. This service might helpful to them.

Naming kids is something deeply personal, and I don't think many people would want to outsource that (and keep thinking their entire lives about the $250 they spent on that terrible name).
For kids, no. For slogans/copy could be.
sooner or later this crisis will be ended, so if you are thinking and have your business plan ready, start developing it and maybe you can soft-open it for free ( without fees ) in first 6 months to try and check if people like the idea or not.
