Would you find proactive notifications of domains you want useful?

I've been considering developing a new app but want to ensure it would be beneficial for other entrepreneurs before I spend any time or resources developing it.

It's been in my head for too long. I either need to start working on it, or put it to rest if nobody thinks it's useful.

The service would notify you when your desired domain name becomes available, goes to auction, or changes in price.

It would also offer detailed guidance on how to acquire it with friendly chat support.
