Would you have an attorney review an SLA?

I used the template from YCombinator, and they added some confidentiality clauses which aren't a big deal (and really re-iterating what's already there). They also added a line saying "Company (us) is an independent contractor" and I've seen that verbiage on other template SLAs.

Would you still have it reviewed by an attorney? If so, any recommendations?

This is our first one; all other users are single users vs. this is a larger account.
