We also run a Developer Platform – a place for external developers to create apps for our Marketplace that can be bought by customers and integrated into their LiveChat account.
From our part, we introduce you to the software and the problems that our customers face on daily basis, then we give you a set of tools that you can use to build an app that could be useful to them. Next is the distribution – we give you access to several communication channels across our platform. When it comes to monetization, rules are simple – the user subscribes to your tool and you receive 80% of its monthly fee, every month! It’s a great way to create some extra passive income.
