Thanks for clarifying. I didn't know the default settings did not allow DM's from everyone. I just enabled. I created a poll about whether the community wanted to do something along these lines and majority of the members agreed to it. For a proper roast, product info, target user, all kinds of customer related stats, strategies tried, outcomes. Any key metrics. Strategies can include anything from changing landing page content to paid marketing.
