Would you pay a stranger at a company to get your resume directly to the hiring team?
I've been floating this idea in my head for a while. I currently have a job search / job management website. Job searching is currently broken the way it is. If someone's company is hiring, usually they ask internally if they know anyone. That person can post with a price. People looking for a job can pay and send their resume, which will go straight to the hiring team and skip the regular process. Opinion?

it's a really bad social offer.
it's a bad commercial offer, you might only get desperate people trying to use it like migration services attract, so for companies that offer visa sponsership from other countries you'd get customers.
but you'd also be spammed with how much this is a scam service that doesn't work and refund requests and threats as this just won't work much...
also hiring managers inside ask how does the worker know that person...
btw frequently the people inside get something for bringing in a person from their own org... but vouching for a random person... won't fit many...
just my 2c on the matter.
