Would you pay for a service that gives you full-visibility over your cloud costs and gives you AI-powered recommendations to reduce the costs? On top of that, you won't be charged if it doesn't save you money.
The visibility, budget control and recommendations will be far beyond what cloud providers give you out of the box.
This seems like it'd be really cool. Would it rely on an infrastructure as a config set up like Terraform or would it just crawl through your resources per cloud provider?
Side note: I've had a lot of projects where I create cloud resources and then forgot about the project and get billed.
It'd directly fetch the data from your cloud account.
What you mentioned is a real, and often serious problem. Specially if we launch a pricy instance, database, or something like that in a region we don't often use.
I personally don’t have the need, but I have worked with companies that would pay for this. The last example I can think of a company I worked with hired someone to evaluate their cloud infrastructure and in the end they saved the company about 30% of cloud costs.
I’d be happy to share when you launch 🚀
That'd be awesome.
It's really the case, and I've talked to people from tiny startups to enterprises, and they all know that they're overpaying for their cloud infrastructure.
