Would you pay for a way to automatically visualize the patterns in your customer discovery interviews?

Problem
Customer discovery is hard. It's too easy to miss an important detail and too hard to make the right connections to find customers' true needs, whether because of bias, information overload, or general human error. Even if you write everything down, it's impossible to make use of it all as there's just so much to consider at once. We inevitably filter and lose some big insights.

Solution
Put in your customer discovery notes/transcripts as you go. AI will connect and cluster every related idea (based on meaning and common themes) in a visual map like this image, making it easy to see the patterns, critical ideas, and every relevant piece of information. No detail ever falls through the cracks, gets buried in folders of notes, or get ignored from bias or human error. Both the big picture and the little details are right in your face.

I'd love to know what you think. I know this system has been helping my team, but I'm curious if other people have the same issue.

    Like the concept!

Consider what happens after someone interprets the presented graph, how can the current information reduce proceeding steps.

    Example
From the graph, I would identify key aspects and rate them according to ease of delivery and customer importance. Related suggestions with high frequency might be a "good enough" metric to quantify customer importance.

Keen to see where this leads :)

Thanks for the feedback! We are definitely considering features like that down the road.

If you are interested in staying in the loop, we do have a landing page now where you can leave your email. We're releasing a free MVP soon and I would love to get your thoughts.
