Hi guys, I am part of the team building Saas SUIE (https://getsuie.com/) for the smart building team for the next project. We understand/predict that in big companies:
We are stuck now. And we are looking for feedback on what you understand?
We are offering 2x 100$ for a one-hour discussion about feedback on how to market it the right way (we tried but we have too high CPA). DM me if anyone is interested and write me why we should choose you (references)?
I'm not clear on what the problem is that you are trying to solve?
It sounds like it's a problem of sub-optimal team structure inside major companies, leading to inefficiency in terms of staff being over or under-utilised, or knowledge not being transferred effectively due to the relevant experts not being included.
If so, who has this problem? e.g. Heads of divisions, who are responsible for allocating their team to various product teams etc?
And if they have this problem, do they care about it? What are they doing already to solve it? What solutions already exist?
So you want all the top sensetive data
To "improve meeting efficiency", which should mean have less/no meetings
Even if you paid companies big $$$,$$$ I don't think anyone would onboard it
This seems like an intervert thinking product targeted at extravert people, big target mismatch IMHO
Thanks for the feedback. I understand that the value proposition is stated wrong. As app SUIE does not export data out of the company it works inside "MS Teams & MS Outlook".
Also, IT or MS365 admins need to integrate solutions to receive real benefits.
Thanks for feedback
So what is the value proposition?
Giving companies an overview of who is the leading expert at some topics, and with whom will deliver the best project outcomes.
Still thinking that
as people who set the meetings are usually the ones that require softskills among them getting to know the people and develop the relationships
even if someone is a technical expert if there are social or political clashes thing won't happen
At least I'm referring to how things happen in large ent.
and in smaller ones, people just know each other..
Did you confirm this is actually a perceived problem for someone who might use this? like someone who is currently a manager or product or C level...
More we talk with C-level or SVP-level ... they agree this is a problem, but no one sees is at so big to invest in it. With a couple of emails and chats, you find solutions.
Maybe is a problem trying to optimize something that is not really such pain.
Exactly
The question not only if there is a problem but also the amount of pain and frequency
And what they currently do to relieve it
That's all part of quality customer interview for the problem
It might be a fake problem if no one cares, is hurting and actively looking to elevate the pain
