Almost any software development agencies. A startup got funding means they might spend money on building infrastructure and possibly outsource some part of it to other software development agencies.
Not only software development agencies. I believe recruitment agencies would as well. Basically anyone in B2B (in a related field) finds it interesting when startups raise money.

Marketing tactics, probably MarketingExamples, Swipefiles and GrowthList
