Most marketers can't promise that. I think only the very good marketers may be able to give some good range of estimates based on their expertise and past experience.
Social media may not be a good marketing channel for all products/services. It depends on the product channel fit.

What about just managing someone's Instagram account? I see that social media is capturing more and more share of B2C market sales.
What is "IG account management"? Is it just submitting posts on a schedule, hashtag creation, description, and replying to comments? How much are you planning to charge? We have used a IG marketer's service. It is not worth it. We are handling the IG ourselves now.
