Would you pay for product validation, if so how much?

If there was a service that put your pitch in front of 100 people and had them rate your pitch and then gave you an NPS type score, how much would that be worth to you?

    Really nice idea.
What people? Regular people from all walks of life or specific bootstraping/tech/design etc niches?
How you would attract those 100 people to rate pitches?
Would it be "rate for rate" type of service where 100 people rate other 100 people's pitches?
I guess price point per pitch could be around 10 usd per pitch, and I would add premium option where price would be like 29 USD but 100 people would be required to leave comments or improved versions (by their opinion) of the pitch and others would have options to vote for the best improved pitch, and you should reward the portion of money to the winner and give some reward points for other reviewers so they get their future pitch reviews cheaper.

Wow! Those are all great ideas! I'm imagining something that rewards the reviewers too, which I think is the hardest part of this idea, how to entice people to give real honest feedback. Also it seems like something that if I huot it at first would be a more general reviewer audience, but I'd love to build something that segments reviewers, like are you building SaaS here is some validation from people in the vertical you are targeting.

You would have a lot of work to find 100 reviewers, imagine now just 5 different industries or niches to find 100 reviewers for each industry (since that is the core of the service). Just to clarify - by "rate your pitch" you mean on quality of the pitch ( is it clear what is offered, is it good copywriting, etc) or something else, like quality of the service or product, like davidcolby implied?

You are right, validation and opinions about the product ideally should come from current customers and clients, but I think that his focus would not be validation of product or idea, it seems that he would like to test the quality of his pitch, how is presented to potential clients or investors, is it understandable enough, is it clear what is offered, etc.
