Would you pay for product website template and how much?

We are thinking to create applications templates but not sure which one to start with and how much it would cost.
"A template" means:

  1. Downloadable sources
  2. Ready-to-use app project that you can edit in our visual editor (web page editor and stylesheet editor)
If you set up a professional project ($12/month) you also can download all changes you've done + do import any raw CSS + custom domain (you can deploy the same easily on a free project too).
Currently, we are considering a Product website with pages:
  • landing,
  • FAQ,
  • contact with form,
  • terms,
  • pricing,
  • features,
  • about.
Would you be interested to buy such template?
    If no, why?
If yes, how much would you pay for it?
    Thanks!

Yes, people would buy that. Personally, I developed such a template a couple years ago and publish it on Themeforest. I priced it at $19 and it's close to 3,900 sales.

If you need some ideas about pricing and feature availability of such products, you can check Themeforest templates. Probably you need to browse technology category https://themeforest.net/category/site-templates/technology . The first one is mine.

Let me know if you have any questions in this regard.

Oh, this is cool and your template is great. No surprise why it's so successful :))

Can you tell me, where did you buy yours? What is actually it, application, or just set of pages? Thanks!

How is that any better than the landing page apps out there right now?

I don't really know if their "apps" has all the set of pages, ready for use.
      Which exactly apps do mean?
