Would you pay for project-based recruitment?
Hey, I am making a website for engineering students where they will be hired based on their projects.
And also there will be collaborative coding tool that will help both the interviewer and the interviewee, and it will let the candidate show their actual skills during the technical interview.
Would hoping to know what you'd think of it?

I can imagine the in-direct competition is going to be intense. Other than that, you need a lot of energy to manage demand and supply side. Any plan yet?

This is great. When I first graduated, I created a physical flipbook of all the projects I had worked on in my personal time and at school. I even laminated it. It really helped me get jobs since other candidates didn't have one. I stood out. Most candidates with a "portfolio" are artistic-types ie. graphic designers, frontend coders, etc. But there should be a way for non-designers to showcase their work. I'm not sure if that exists already, but I like where this is going.
Yeah I totally agree with you... That's why I am developing this website for students who have worked on awesome projects but get lost in mass recruitment.
