Hi,
short and sweet: A custom keyboard for your phone, that acts like a bookmark manager. You can use the keyboard on any chat, email or sms app.
Ex: - a list of FAQ for your customers, or a list of your products/services/referral links.
What do you think about this idea?

Nope
I avoid using keyboards apart from GBoard to avoid performance issues. That's the reason I don't use Grammarly on my Google Pixel.
If you are passionate about this idea, just build a quick MVP and see what happens. Asking is not the same as showing! ;-)

I could use it, but not pay for it. Atleast based on my imagination, maybe if you build it and really like it, I could pay for it, but not much ofcourse.

Build a visual prototype with some use cases showcased and show us (and others) that :). It will help clarify your idea to yourself and it will make it easier for others to give feedback / validate.

Not really. I use a helpdesk software, and they have snippets built-in. And anyone who is running a business that would need snippets would probably also be looking at a helpdesk before long.
