Would you pay for this site?
I notice a lot of employee referrals goes without someone getting paid. So I created a site where a potential candidate can find employees who can refer them to jobs. I believe it’s better for a potential candidate to get referred rather than applying directly, it’s gives them more chances to be even noticed. It could also be beneficial to the employee if there’s referral bonus! Would you pay $9.99/month as a member?

As an employee, I'd only pay after I see value. In this case, after I get a referral bonus.

This sounds like a good idea. I think that you should work on a richer landing page. Try explaining the product more, what it can do for people and create a demand to actually sign up.

Yeah you’re right. I’m starting with a wordpress site for now. Usually I build but this is an experiment for a while. I’m not good with Wordpress as i am developing from scratch.
