Would you read this? - lessons from failure

I recently listened to a podcast interview with VC Charlie Songhurst. (https://investorfieldguide.com/songhurst/)

It's a really good interview. Strongly recommend. One thing that really stuck with me is when Charlie talks about it being far more beneficial for startups to learn from failure (what not to do) than from people's success stories.

It got me thinking. So much of the startup/indiehacker content is about success stories. Why isn't there more content related to learning from failure?

So, I'm toying with the idea of creating that content! My current idea is to create an ebook with the most common causes of failure at each stage of a companies lifecycle (not finding product market fit, hiring the wrong people, spending too much on marketing etc). I could then include interviews with founders who failed due to each of these causes and get them to share actionable advice on how others should avoid the same fate?
