Would you recommend Chargebee, Paddle, or Stripe?
Hey everyone, I'm doing a little research on revenue management/dunning solutions and I've narrowed down the list of competitors to the three options in the title. It seems Paddle makes things super simple (even migration), but I also understand Stripe's offering has come a long way (we use Braintree). Does anyone feel particularly passionate about any of the three?
Stripe would be good if they'd have good support. Honestly, it's awful. I asked for help almost a week ago and they only kicked me each to other, and every time (already 3 times) I have to describe what happened, provide pieces of code and screenshots of errors.
I'm pretty sick of it and don't know what to do because I already invested my time into their service :-(((
I'm sorry to hear that. Can't say I'm too surprised, they have a lot of products on their hands. I know what you mean about the time investment, but just don't fall victim to the sunk cost fallacy. Starting over, but wiser and leaner can be better than forcing something to work.
