Would you sign up and create a central profile for your apartment hunting journey?
When trying to find an apartment or dorm room to rent, it can be quite inconvenient to go through all the websites and set your preferences, keep the tabs open for days/weeks, refresh, etc..
Similar to how airplane ticket websites (like Skyscanner) work, the website would be based in 1 country, and would scrap the typical apartment listing websites, with customized user criteria, for all suitable options.
I would definitely use it, but I am quite biased since my last project was a proptech startup related to dorm rental. What I would do is to try to validate the market with real potential users. One thing I did is to contact the homeowners that I found in other marketplaces and since most of them leave their contact number there I called them and started to talk with them and asking them to try to validate if my project would be a good fit for them. Also if you look for tenants looking for apartments you can do the same contacting people in Facebook groups that are searching for one apartment.
I am trying to validate a similar idea :) what I am planning to do is the following:
If enough people join, I would validate the idea!
