Would you use a CRM specifically crafted for SaaS businesses?
I am thinking about building a CRM specifically crafted for SaaS businesses. A software that you can integrate into your SaaS, to manage customers, send out emails, see when cards are declined or a subscription is canceled. Essentially a small affordable version of Baremetrics and a CRM combined. What do you think?
