Currently, FB messenger chat for websites is limited:
- one message for all website pages, visitor behavior, and source/country/language
- popups moment is almost not managed, acts often at not the right moment.
And more. At the same time usual chat tools limits:
- once the visitor has left the website without leaving contacts, even if messaged with you, you've lost them forever.
- to you again, the visitor needs to come back to your website
I want to connect the best parts of usual chats for websites and Messenger chat:
- power of conversational marketing (good chat / bot tools)
- Messenger ability to keep ongoing conversations after visitors left a website.
How different is this from any other chat applications that I can add on my site? I still need to be online to manage chat.
Thanks for the questions. I Will try to explain:
Our solution would provide these targeting possibilities (like many chat solutions already have) but for FB Messenger for websites. That means we want to take good things from chat systems + good things from messaging systems into one product.
Have to say, that it would bring benefits mostly to marketing/CRO people. But for support, it is perfect too. Something look like has Aliexpress. But such a solution is too expensive for most businesses. Our product will be simple to start using and very affordable.
Okay, thank you so much for the detailed reply. How large is this problem with your buyers that they will pay you for it?
As marketer many times was choosing what is more important -be abble to better target and attract visitors or be abble to identify and reach them. In most projects interactive chat works very well by forsing to contact. But very often visitor does not leaves contacts. Data Bots helps wnen agent is not available, but still too much possible leads are lost. If one lead costs around 150usd, possibility to convert more interactions too leads is really worth.
That is why fb messenger chat with usual chat visitor targeting would be very worth solution. At least for me and believe for many marketers
That makes sense. My only recommendation is to find other marketers that have the same problem and are willing to pay you to build a solution. Not friends and family.
