Would you use a visual tool to create a booking form and manage bookings?

I am toying with the idea of building a visual booking form builder (calling it Form2Book right now), that would allow small businesses to create a booking form, put it on their website and manage bookings on a web application.

I notice that there are a lot of small businesses that have a website, but then ask you to contact them by email or phone to book a slot. Do you think a tool like this would be useful?
