Would you use an email coach to track your ideas and projects?

I often juggle numerous personal projects, which frequently get reprioritized or delayed. I once asked my business manager in my B2B company to help track my personal tech and community projects, like the STEM programs I participate in. However, I quickly realized I didn't need a micromanager. 😊

As a founder, I disliked being constantly questioned about ongoing projects. Nonetheless, reviewing and prioritizing them is essential, as circumstances often change.

What if I created an AI project tracker that works solely with email and intelligently asks about progress or delays? This AI should understand my communication style, know when to back off, and help me reprioritize based on changes in my mood, time, or commitments.
So, I decided to create one.

The goal of my AI project or idea tracker is to function as an email-based project manager/coach that I can email about my goals, ideas, and projects, along with relevant information such as what, when, and why. The AI will email me questions to gauge progress or help me reprioritize as my situation evolves. It will learn and adapt based on my responses.

For example, if I email it saying, "Hey, I'm going on vacation for three weeks and won't be working on anything," the AI will understand this delay, adjust my goals (timeline) accordingly, and inform me of the changes. During my vacation, it shouldn't send any emails. Upon my return, it'll catch up with me. If I mention that I thought of an XYZ project idea while on vacation and decided to put it on the back burner, the AI will adapt my priorities and remind me as per the schedule I set via email (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). My responses will be its primary source of status data.

What do you think? Does something like this already exist in email form?

I don't see myself communicating with a system like this through chat sessions or website visits; I envision text or email as the ideal interface.
