For deciding what to build next in your product, would you use this type of page to run feature voting & engage with users?

I am looking for design feedback / visuals and usability on the feedback page.
(please do not point me to similar offerings, clone/copy is not an option, requesting direct feedback for YOUR product's perspective)

It looks good for just having some placeholder text. I can picture it looking good with some fuller text / images of a product with features
No, probably not and for only one reason: too much info on a single page = cluttered. End users would find this confusing and throw their hands up/not complete it.
If you could draw the focus in to a single survey question at a time, revealing the next after the first is filled out, I think that would help you.

Honestly, I would not use it, as the overall design just doesn't look that professional to me. Design is a really tough thing to get right!
If you don't want to pay a designer, I would recommend looking for a boostrap template that fits your needs and build your site based on that instead of reinventing everything from scratch.
