Would you use traffic exchange between startups banner on your landing page?

I have an idea of building a simple trafic exchange for startups. Startups add an image to their landing, the image is different for each visitor, contains brief description of another startup and links to the startup page.

Do you consider using it?

Any features and suggestions?
