Would you want a Managed Mail Service for multiple-domains?

So, I own a lot of domains (around 20+) and wanted a cheap email server that was easy to set up. There is Zoho and others. But I really don't want all of the services they are providing, I just want a super-simple email server that has a "catch-all" email address and the ability to create users for replying to potential domain buyers, etc.

So I am thinking of creating a bare-bone email SaaS, Is anyone interested?

Also, would you use this service for say 1 USD per domain? Do you have a lot of domains as well?
