The website is very attractive. The animations are captivating. The product that you are offering might also be interesting.
I just noticed one small bug in the price widget. The maximal value for the slider is +300, but the maximal value shown at the price tag is 299. So I guess that an off-by-one error. And I would write 300+ instead of +300.

I suggest, be even more specific. Something like: 'A peer-reviewed system for improving employee performance '
