I just launched Rewind: A Field Guide To Profiting From Big Mistakes. It is like a podcast but in written form. Reading is still a thing. I read far more than I listen to podcasts.
Medium is a decent platform for exposure and you could monetize right there, but remember you are in their hands and will depend on their algorithms.
Before you have to rewind, make sure you have your own platform to host that content. And continue to use medium for the exposure of course :)
Thank you. Yes, the first episode was on Medium as a test. I am currently working on updating my website with the platform now that it is gaining interest. Including an RSS Feed, episode alerts, etc...
Many podcasts release transcripts for listeners.
This seems more like a newsletter.

It's not a word for word transcript. It is a written story based upon an interview. Some of the direct questions may be posted but the big part is the story.
I mean like a podcast in that it is an interview format and continuous.
Nothing about is an actual podcast as it is written and not audio. More like a weekly column.
I will work on making it more enticing.
