WTF is a Leftotter?

Hello there!

I am looking for feedback on an app I have started and some advice/critiques from anyone who is willing.

Introduction

So my name is Stephen and I am launching a new app called Leftotters. Leftotters adds more options when it comes to looking for food. First there were restaurants, then food trucks, ghost kitchens, and now anyone can cook in their own homes (wherever really) and share it with their communities.

Just as Uber does RideShare, Leftotters does FoodShare.

And just like Uber, anybody can become a chef!

Story

I live in Charlotte, and we have a lot of pop up markets and at these markets, I always see at least a few people who have stands for things they've baked. Also, while going out, you'll see people set up just as a food truck would selling food that they have made. Also, as weird as it sounds, you can go on Facebook every single day and find locals selling food. And people are buying!

Another thing I've noticed, being an avid cooker and know others who love to cook, is there is always a lot of extra ingredients leftover when following a recipe. So why not use those ingredients to make extra and let others enjoy what you have made? (Get it, leftovers, leftotters)

So I thought why not just make a market where these people can sell their food.
Who doesn't love a good home cooked meal?

Current State

My MVP is currently in the App Store and am trying to get the first bit of people to start using it but as of this post (Jan 5th 2023), I am just launching and have no current customers.

My Ask

I would love any tips, feedback on the app and/or website (leftotters.com), leads, advice, and really just anything at all to help me through this journey. And of course, if you know anybody who loves to cook, I would love if you'd tell them about Leftotters and share their opinion on it!
