YC Build Sprint: Day #15 Update

Fifteenth day of the sprint (check out the previous update here)! I'm beginning to really like these updates. May do one everyday even after the build sprint. It's easy for days to just blur together when doing startups but this keeps me accountable and forces me to look at the big picture. Anyways, today was a very mean sprint. Currently 5 in the morning right now so will make this update brief! Also decided to include a gif on how I feel everyday to keep things light :)

Sprint Goal:

Acquire 50 new premium user for Ryeboard

Previous Objectives:

1) Finish new onboarding mechanisms

Done! Much room for improvement but good enough to get onto staging later today.

2) Deploy beta version of team workspaces

Done! Will have it on staging later today.

3) Look for 5 people to write reviews about Ryeboard

Nope :( Will do more marketing stuff today.

• Stickiness: 33.1%
• New registrations: 8
• New premium upgrades: 0
• Total landing page visitors: 33

Not growing, not shrinking! But massive updates are rolling out either today or tomorrow so that's something to look forward to.

Objectives for Tomorrow:

• Do a soft launch for team workspaces
• Find 3 teams to test team workspaces
• Look for 5 people to write reviews about Ryeboard

That's it for today! Burned out but can't wait to get back to the office.
