YC Build Sprint: Day #21 Update

Twenty-first day of the sprint (check out the previous update here)! Today was a Sunday so took things easy. Encountered a few FRUSTRATING bugs but fixed them up just now :)

Acquire 50 new premium user for Ryeboard

Previous Objectives:

1) Rest!

• Sorta, the bug really took a toll on my energy :D

Key Metrics and Analysis :

• WAU: 135
• MAU: 88
• Stickiness: 31.4%
• New registrations: 6
• New premium upgrades: 0
• Total landing page visitors: 40

The lower conversion rate sort of sucks but at this scale, ups and downs are expected and not too significant.

Objectives for Tomorrow:

• Do a closed beta launch of team workspaces
• Find 3 teams to test team workspaces
• Look for 5 people to write reviews about Ryeboard
