YC Build Sprint: Day #23 Update
Twenty-third day of the sprint (check out the previous update here)! The excitement continues! After sending out emails we were sending invites on our closed-beta team plans we got three invite requests within a few hours! On top of that, we got two premium users to sign up somehow :D If this pattern continues, I would love to write about why I think this is happening on another post. Super excited about the team's progress!

How I feel today:
Sprint Goal:
Acquire 50 new premium user for Ryeboard
Previous Objectives:
1) Find 3 teams to test team workspaces
Found 3 leads but have not closed yet. Also put together around 600+ emails carefully selected from our users + leads we got that we'll use tomorrow. Hopefully this will accomplish our Sprint Goal instantly :D
2) Look for 5 people to write reviews about Ryeboard
Reached 5! There were some disappointing reviews but loved the honesty of those :) Was a good wake up call for me.

Great day on the metrics today :)
I feel the general higher stats have to do with the team plan update. Not only did the update include the new plans but it also included some much needed performance optimizations and bug fixes. Also included some great intuitive onboarding material for new users.
Objectives for Tomorrow:
- Send out 200 cold-emails
- Start mobile view
That's it for today! Crazy awesome day. Going to turn in early so I can wake up fresh tomorrow.
