YC Build Sprint: Day #25 Update

Twenty-fifth day of the sprint (check out the previous update here)! I'm very late with this update but it's better late than never right? I would hate to break my trend here. Anyways, it was another sales + Y Combinator day. We got another premium upgrade yesterday and I got in touch with three people who were interested in trying out our new team plans. A sneak peak into Y Combinator also showed that several similar products to ours already got accepted which was... interesting? Not sure if it's good (they're looking for those kind of products) or bad (they already found what they wanted). Have a feeling we should have applied sooner...

Sprint Goal:

Acquire 50 new premium user for Ryeboard

Previous Objectives:

1) Send out sales emails to a list of current teams I put together (around 50)

Sent them out but no reply from them yet :(

2) Start mobile view

Will probably need to put this on hold until next week.

• New registrations: 10
• New premium upgrades: 1
• Total landing page visitors: 116

Not sure why conversion rates took a plunge and landing page visitors took a hike...
