YC Build Sprint: Day #6 Update
Sixth day of the sprint (check out the previous update here). The first weekend day of the sprint. Took care of tons of development debt and much more suited to add more features soon. Excited about the upcoming Monday :)
Sprint Goal
Acquire 50 new premium user for Ryeboard
Previous Objective
- Start testing team plans: Nope... :(
- Start testing team plans: Nope... but got a lot of other dev stuff done!
- Score two premium users Nope... but feel that this was a bit unrealistic
Key Metrics and Analysis
- WAU: 140
- MAU: 77
- Stickiness: 36.08%
- New registrations: 13
- New premium upgrades: 0
- Total landing page visitors: 30
Weekends are usually slow so considering that the metrics don't look too bad. Took care of a lot of technical debt today which gave me a much better look at what needs to be done to accommodate future updates the team has planned. I was a bit frustrated with the progress for a few days but now see that this was a form of long-term investment.
