Year Review Tool

Has anybody ever thought about creating a tool to help people with their yearly review?

I'm currently going through mine and I'm compiling a ton of data manually. I'm essentially going through each month and tracking most of my main online activity so as to get a good sense/reminder of what I spent my time on during that month (what youtube videos I watched, what articles I read, what stuff I wrote in my notes, etc)
