Yet another Google Analytics alternative

Hey,

I am working on the Google Analytics alternative (yes, I do know that there is a few already). How am I planing to differentiate? 100% GDPR compliant, no cookies! Also, I am storing a bit more details than just a pageviews.
So, what do I have? I have working MVP. JS file that is collecting data, backend script that is parsing data and storing them in the database. On top of that I have a vision now to complete this from technical perspective.

Now, the problem. To be super honest I am at that stage where I can find 1 million reasons why I should just kill it, but I want to find that inner strength to carry on and complete MVP and upload it live.

Who am I looking for? Designer, who can design main website, and a admin panel/dashboard with the stats + email template. Happy to pay.
