Yet another idea validation checklist

Hi, community.
I would like to check with you on my approach to business idea validation.
I wrote this down for myself to organize my thoughts. Do all points make sense to you? What do you think am I missing?

Sart from answering the following questions:

  1. Who is your customer? Define their detailed user persona.
  2. Does your customer have that problem? State the problem. Define your "value proposition" message. Provide proof that the target audience actually has that problem.
  3. How many customers have the problem? Identify your market size.
  4. Does the suggested solution solve the problem? Scope and frame your MVP.
  5. How will your customers find your solution? List down available customer acquisition channels.
  6. What will it take to create the solution? Define required resources: optimal team composition and necessary material investments. Plan implementation timeline.
  7. Is there money? Find out how much are your customers willing to pay. Calculate your user acquisition costs and solution implementation costs.

If you answer all these questions, you should be able to prepare a basic calculation of your potential revenues, costs, and profits.

Even if after all the above questions are answered and the data suggests that the idea can generate desirable profits, there are more risks to be addressed. Some of the commonly known risks can be measured by answering the following questions:

  1. Why you? Know your motivation. Assess your unfair advantage.
  2. Why now? Analyze the ongoing trends in your target market. Think which of the variables in your calculations can change over time.
  3. Can you defend yourself from competitors? Check how easy it is to clone your business. List down the factors that will protect you from copy cats.
