You don’t have a content problem. You have a CTR problem.

Not getting views on social media?

Most people assume it’s a content problem.

It usually isn’t.

It’s a distribution problem — more specifically, a click problem.

If nobody clicks, your content doesn’t exist.

We’ve been looking at how creators approach thumbnails, and most tools optimize for speed:

“Generate thumbnails faster.”
“Create more variations.”

But speed isn’t the bottleneck.

The real problem is uncertainty.

Creators don’t know which thumbnail will actually get clicks.

So they guess.

That’s the idea behind MiniAgen.

We’re not trying to just generate thumbnails faster.

We’re focused on one thing:
👉 helping creators increase their CTR

Because better thumbnails = more clicks = more views

What we built so far:

• Turn a YouTube URL into a thumbnail (with your face automatically added)
• Chat-to-thumbnail (describe → generate)
• Edit existing thumbnails

Speed helps.
But CTR is what actually moves the needle.

    This is the right correction.

Most creator tools compete on output speed.
    That’s easy to copy.

    “Generate faster” is a feature.
“Increase CTR” is the actual buying reason.

    That’s the stronger wedge.

Creators do not pay for thumbnails.
They pay for more clicks with less guessing.

That shifts MiniAgen out of design tooling and into performance tooling.

That’s also where the current name starts to lag.

    MiniAgen sounds lightweight and experimental.
    Useful for testing.
    Weak for performance positioning.

If this becomes the system creators use to improve click-through, something like Viryxa.com carries more weight.
Sharper, more ownable, and much easier to grow into than MiniAgen.

this feels like a solid product for any youtuber.

youtubers who are starting out might benefit the most from this, but might not want to spend money on a tool like this.

a youtuber who's started seeing some traction from youtube, might definitely be keen on trying out a product like this.

curious to know what's working out for you. do you have a plan on how to reach out to these youtubers?
