You’re favorite, simplest SaaS UIs?

I’m working on a SaaS app and the main functionality is dead simple, yet when I started layering on organizations, teams, projects, accounts, billing, settings, etc. I feel like it grew wildly out of control.

I’m hoping you can provide some awesome example of just dead simple UIs and flows. Preferably if they include a lot of the functionality listed above.
