I blanked. I couldn’t come up with a good answer.

I got busy with little tasks without achieving anything meaningful.

That’s when I started looking for a way to stay focused and make sure that my team was too.

Since then, I've tried all possible strategy frameworks and variations of OKRs. They all lack a critical element: connecting strategy, OKRs, and daily work!

I decided to develop a Strategy and OKR template for myself and for indie hackers, startup teams, and business owners. Anyone who wants a strategy and OKRs that work.

• How you'll overcome your challenges: Your strategy is how you get there, expressed in a few simple sentences so that everybody understands.

• Objectives and Key Results: OKRs provide specificity to your goals and how you will measure your progress.

• Roadmap: This is the missing link in most OKR templates and approaches. You need clear projects that your team will work on day in, day out to achieve your OKRs.

This Strategy and OKR framework has helped our team get on the same page and achieve more. But it’s been a process.
